Presentation Categories and Scope

Abstracts and posters should align with the core pillars of the council. Presenters must select one of the following tracks upon submission:

Track 1: Policy, Governance, and Institutionalization (Frameworks and Policies) - Frameworks for credit transfer, quality assurance, national qualifications frameworks (PQF alignment), and institutional policies.

Track 2: Curriculum Design & Andragogy Innovation - Stackable credentials, competency-based assessment, AI-augmented learning, and co-designing curricula with industry partners. 

Track 3: Socio-Economic Impact & Lifelong Learning - Tracer studies, workforce upskilling/re-skilling outcomes, equity and access in micro-learning, and ecosystem sustainability.

Track 4: Research, Innovation, and Futureproofing - Showcasing research and innovation findings of importance to micro-credential offering and program development. 

Track 5: Programs, Practices, & Case Studies (Showcase a Micro-Credential Offering) - Spotlight on a specific micro-credential offering or offerings. 

To ensure visual consistency and professional quality across the exhibition hall, all posters must adhere to the following technical standards:

Orientation: Portrait (vertical)

Dimensions: 3 feet x 4 feet

Header elements: Must include institutional logos, presentation title, author name(s), and institutional affiliation(s).

Logos: Institutional logos on the upper left.

Readability: Main text must be readable from a distance of 1 to 2 meters (minimum font size, 24pt for body text, 40pt for headings).

While creativity is encouraged, posters should generally follow a logical flow that balances academic rigor with practical application:

• INTRODUCTION & PROBLEM STATEMENT: What specific gap in the lifelong learning or micro-credential ecosystem does this study address?

• CONCEPTUAL / METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK: The methodology used (e.g., action research, curriculum mapping, industry validation, or quantitative impact analysis).

• RESULTS & FRAMEWORK VISUALIZATION: Use of flowcharts, tables, or diagrams to illustrate findings, stackable pathways, or institutional models.

• INDUSTRY / POLICY IMPLICATIONS: A dedicated section highlighting how the findings impact workforce development, higher education policy, or industry hiring practices.

• REFERENCES & ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Brief citations (maximum of 5) and funding/partner acknowledgements. 

Significance and Relevance to AMCP

• Address critical issues in micro-credentials, lifelong learning, or education disruptive innovation in the Philippine context.

Methodological Rigor or Rigor of Framework

• Soundness of the research design, data analysis, or the structural logic of the proposed micro-credential model.

Clarity of Actionable Insights

• The degree to which the conclusions offer practical, scalable, or policy-driven recommendations for stakeholders.

Visual Design, Layout, and Presentation

• Effective use of graphics, clear data visualization, logical flow, and text-to-image balance (avoiding "walls of text"). 

• Mounting and Dismounting: Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters. Posters must be mounted on their assigned boards at least 30 minutes before the session starts and removed immediately after the closing ceremony. Materials for mounting (e.g., adhesive tape, pins) will be provided by the secretariat.

• Manning the Poster: Presenters must remain by their posters during the designated poster viewing sessions to engage with delegates.

• Digital Supplement (Optional but Recommended): Presenters are encouraged to include a small QR code in the bottom right corner linking to an online repository containing the full paper, institutional website, or supplemental digital materials.

• At least one of the authors must be a member or have registered to be a new member by July 31, 2026, unless otherwise extended by the organizers.

• The presenter must ensure that they are registered either online or onsite prior to July 31, 2026.

July 15, 2026: Deadline for Early Registration

July 31, 2026 (12 PM PHT): Submission of intent to present poster, names of authors and presenters, title of poster, and                                                          abstract. (Maximum of 1500 characters including spaces). Abstract content must be owned by the                                                        authors and not contain copyrighted material of others. 

August 15, 2026: Notification of Acceptance

August 30, 2026: Submission Poster to be presented. Posters will be posted on the website.

      File format of poster: PNG or JPEG, vertical orientation, 3 feet X 4 Feet, with maximum file size limit   of 10MB and filename format <lastname_firstname_tractnumber_keyword>.

September 11, 2026 (7 AM PHT): Ingress and Installation of Posters Onsite
